All orders require written confirmation before the start of production.
Paper or e-proofs must be approved in writing prior to production.
Once approval is received, any customer requested changes made to an order must be confirmed via e-mail and depending on what stage of production the order is in, may be subject to applicable change fees.
Production time begins after proof approval. Any changes to an order may cause production and/or delivery delays.
In addition to our own company policies, we at Synergy are bound by the terms & conditions of our supplying factories which are therefore applied to all transactions with each of our customers. When placing your orders with us, it will be understood that you are in agreement.
